I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. The treatment room was beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail and was absolutely spotless. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing, and every part of the experience felt professional and thoughtfully done. I genuinely couldn't fault a single thing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

Amazing experience!! Absolutely loved it from start to finish. Felt so comfortable from the minute i walked in. i almost fell asleep because of how relaxed i felt. I highly recommend the japanese head spa and the facial!😍 Will be back again soon!

Honestly, the best experience ever! The head spa treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Naima was so lovely and thorough with her work, making sure every part of the treatment was perfect. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend!!!!!!

From start to finish I had the most perfect experience, I felt calm and so relaxed! Having wanted to try a Japanese head spa for a very long time I’m so glad I held out for my partner to book this as my birthday present! Lovely company, lovely little chat! 10/10 experience from the service to the head spa, I have nothing to fault! Therapist is knowledgeable and has good advice on scalp & hair care. Was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed and the blow dry & straightener just topped it all off. Highly. highly recommend. Will be coming back soon.
